Bingham Park is part of the Porter Valley Parks. Located near Ecclesall and Ranmoor, it’s the second park along Porter Brook from the city centre, bordered by Rustlings Road and Highcliffe Road.

Bingham Park offers grassy hills with valley views, tennis courts, a bowling green, and an astroturf often used by local footballers. A footpath from Rustlings Road winds through the valley, ending at Forge Dam Park and passing several dams, including Shepherd Wheel.

The park began with an 11-acre land donation by Sir John E. Bingham in 1911, with more land added in 1927, including an old scythe works and dam.
